Eligible return window
A return request for an eligible standard product must be made within 30 calendar days after documented delivery. Contact us before shipping any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return condition
Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and in resalable condition with original packaging, components and documentation. The customer is responsible for safe return packaging and return freight unless the return results from a confirmed Broadway Retail shipping error.
Non-returnable items
Custom, made-to-order, modified, branded, cut-to-size, installed, assembled-on-site, clearance and final-sale products are not returnable. Design, consultation, planning, measuring, artwork, freight, delivery, installation and other completed service charges are non-refundable once performed or incurred.
Restocking and inspection
Approved standard product returns may be subject to a restocking charge disclosed during return authorization. Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Deductions may apply for missing parts, damage, use or packaging that prevents resale.
Damage or order issues
Visible freight damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported promptly with photographs and delivery documentation. Do not discard packaging while a claim is being reviewed. Carrier claim deadlines may be shorter than 30 days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time. Original freight and non-refundable service charges are not credited.
